3 great things about talking with your child: It's free, it's fun, and you can do it anywhere.

Hey, hey! Funday Monday #2 merely indicates we're into our second week together. WOW! Let's see what fun we can get into while TALKing with your young child today. Now, I know you've already sung "Today's Song" several times so far on Monday today. If not, you'll find the song in last Friday's blog. Know you'll be having lots of fun every day with that song! Let me know what your child thinks, will you? While you're at it today, let's have some fun with the calendar. Show your child the word "April" on a calendar. Then sing-song some words like, maybe these: "A-pril! A-pril! The calendar says it's A-pril! Look at all the flowers sprouting! Look at all the trees a-leafing! A-pril! A-pril! Lotsa things outside to see...in A-pril! A-pril!" Sing along about April today and tomorrow and all the way through Thursday, the last day of April. Your young child will like this Funday Monday TALK and sing-songing with you. And the best part is this...these fun times don't cost a penny and don't require that you be sitting or standing or even be at home. You can do this Funday Monday fun just anywhere you and your child are! Till tomorrow....go have lotsa fun! WOW! Tomorrow's Talking Tuesday, so come tune in for some TALK about what hurts kids so much that they must TALK about it to someone.
