How to Unleash Your Child’s Creative Abilities
Before you read a book, say its title and say thank you to the author and illustrator by name.
With young children, go on to say the author is the person who sat still to write those words to share them; that the illustrator is the person who sat still to draw or paint those pictures to share them.
Repeat the routine to experience or admire every work of art.
Your child will want to create works that will be appreciated.
